Minimum Order is $50.00 net for domestic customers we reserve the right to cancel any order less than that.

Refund Overview

All sales are final. Parts will work in intended applications.

No returns are permitted without a RMA (Return Materials Authorization)form. Send an email request to sales@alabastersupply.com

Returns are subject to a 15% to 30% re-stocking fee, depending on the manufacturers terms.

If you are not SURE you are ordering the correct item, please contact us for part confirmation and application information via e-mail or check your equipments owner manual. These are industrial parts and we are not a retail store. Parts are to confirmed by the buyer that it is a correct part for their application prior to shipping!

Importers / Oversea’s Shipments


All shipment are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Importers, please be aware that we are NOT responsible for any duties, tariffs, or any other type of fees your country may impose on any inbound packages from us. All sales are final, so be sure you know what you are buying.

Your NET order total before shipping must be over $100.00 US in order for us to processes order entered directly through the website. We will invoice you separatley for any minimum shortfalls. ALL PAYMENT TERMS ARE PREPAID IN ADVANCE.

Our web pricing is subject to change even if you’ve processed an order at an old price. The reason behind this policy, is that many files were uploaded a long time ago and my cost has gone up exponentially. We reserve the right to cancel your order to update selling price as needed.

Shipping returns

If by chance your product is deemed defective or if we shipped you the wrong item, please contact us for resolution.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if it is not under warranty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Be sure to return all products with a trackable shipping service like UPS or FedEx and foward a copy of the tracking number when it ships.
